About Me
Helping you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
Hello and welcome!
Firdus Noor, Counselling Therapist.
As a therapist, I aim to bring warmth, empathy, and a deep sense of understanding to our sessions. I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself and feel genuinely heard. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up to me because of my approachable nature.
I’m patient, attentive, and flexible, always tailoring our sessions to suit your unique needs. With a calm and supportive presence, I help you feel at ease, no matter what challenges you’re facing. Integrity and trust are at the heart of my practice—I’m here to listen without judgment, guide without pressure, and support you every step of the way.
I hold a Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as a BSc in Social Psychology, ensuring you’re in qualified hands. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their ethical framework to provide the highest standards of care.
As Carl Rogers, a pioneer of person-centred therapy, wisely said, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” This philosophy shapes how I work with you—providing a space where acceptance fosters growth and change.
If you’re looking for someone who will truly understand and work alongside you, I’m here to help. Let’s start this journey together.
I offer sessions in Urdu as well. Please refer to the counselling section for more details.
